At Made Men Scottsdale, we respect your time and ours. Every appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and our barbers prepare in advance to deliver your service. Please review our policy before booking.

1. Appointment Booking and Payment Authorization

When you book an appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required to secure your time slot. Your card will not be charged at booking. It will only be charged after your service is completed, or if you fail to show up or cancel without sufficient notice.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee.

No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service to the card on file.

Exceptions:
While most services are charged at 50% of the listed price if missed, a few services have a specific cancellation charge:

Fade / Taper + Beard Trim: $45

Regular Haircut + Beard Trim: $40

Haircut + Face Shave: $50

Head Shave + Beard Trim: $45

All other services will be charged at 50% of the scheduled service price for missed appointments.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a 50% no-show fee may apply.

4. Refunds

All completed services are final and non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with your haircut or grooming service, please let your barber know before leaving so that adjustments can be made on the spot.

Product sales, including grooming items and gift cards, are also non-refundable.

5. Right to Refuse Service

Made Men Scottsdale reserves the right to refuse future service to any client who repeatedly cancels, fails to show up, or violates this policy.
